Oqio has developed a software solution as a digital interface that benefits housing companies, insurers and repair service providers when it comes to claims management in housing portfolios.
Scrivo Communications advised Oqio on all communications issues between 2019 and 2021. The aim was to position the still unknown and recently founded PropTech as an innovative new solution for claims management in real estate portfolio management and thus support customer acquisition.
The challenge
As a pioneer of digital transformation in building insurance, PropTech wants to make a leap in efficiency possible for its customers. This innovative approach had to be made known to the core target groups.
Solution
In guest articles, press releases and interviews, we explained the Oqio principle and brought the digital software solution closer to the target groups as an interface between trade, insurance and the housing industry. At the same time, we supported the customer approach with a customized, editorially prepared newsletter.
