The BHB Group develops mixed-use neighborhoods, restores old buildings and constructs new, future-oriented buildings.
Scrivo Communications was responsible for press relations for BHB from 2019 to 2022. The focus was always on the special features of the projects, in which sustainability, naturalness and social aspects in connection with architecture, traditional craftsmanship and art in construction are central characteristics. The management is in the hands of architect Melanie Hammer, who we have positioned as a master builder with vision and a female leader in the real estate industry.
The challenge
In Munich's difficult and expensive real estate market, project developers and builders are often blamed for gentrification and price increases. As a local, owner-managed company with a holistic approach committed to sustainability and culture, BHB is clearly different in its neighborhood developments. This had to be communicated.
Solution
Accordingly, we defined a broad range of topics for BHB and successfully placed them in our media work. These included aspects such as women's power in the real estate industry, the interplay of innovation and tradition, art in and on buildings, sustainability and bee-friendly construction. In this way, we positioned the BHB Group with its extraordinary construction projects such as BEE FREE, Tausendschön and Munich Neuperlach in the public eye and supported sales.
