Since 2017, we have been designing the online presence on Instagram, Facebook and the respective corporate blogs for three assets (Theresie, Fachmarktzentrum Kinzigbogen, Neue Mitte Fürth) of Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. We generate and design target group-specific images, videos and texts. In addition, we design various location marketing campaigns with social media support to make the location better known and more attractive for tenants, customers and residents. We also increase the location's presence through traditional PR work in the local press.

One aim is to expand and strengthen the online presence of the locations, including through the quarterly promotions, attractions, events and competitions, which in turn should generate more customer footfall for the retailers. The focus of communication is on the diverse range of products offered by retailers in close connection with the location, which should be perceived as a brand in its own right. We also act as the interface between the 60 resident retailers and Deka Immobilien and are responsible for tenant communication.

Thanks to our strategy, creativity and promotional events, we were able to increase awareness of the individual locations and thus the number of visitors.
