Scrivo Communications has been advising R&S Immobilienmanagement on all communications issues relating to the iCampus in the Werksviertel district since 2021 and is responsible for public relations and brand development as well as social media communication, event organization and sales materials such as brochures.
Challenge
Munich's Werksviertel is an unparalleled example of urban development that fills new centers with life, work and open spaces. On an area of around 120,000 square meters, the iCampus in the Werksviertel is creating spaces that incorporate this concept and lead the industrial history of Munich's east into a sustainable future. The challenge in communicating the quarter is to bring together many individual projects and concepts to create a holistic appearance.
