Wittelsbach Equalization Fund
The Wittelsbach Equalization Fund (WAF) is a foundation under public law established in 1923 as part of the equalization of assets between the Wittelsbachs and the Free State of Bavaria. The WAF is the owner of the palaces used by the royal family until 1918, various forests, the art collections and the Wittelsbach family archives. Today, the fund is active in the areas of real estate, art, tourism, forestry and agriculture, among others.
Since 2017, Scrivo Communications has supported the WAF in making more transparent the value of the foundation for society and the history of Bavaria, which has been largely written by the House of Wittelsbach over the centuries.
The challenge
The Wittelsbach Equalization Fund is positioned in a variety of ways. The challenge lies in a balanced presentation of its activities and restraint. Among other things, Scrivo has put the successful renovation of the Votive Chapel on Lake Starnberg in the media spotlight. In addition, we positioned WAF as the project developer for the real estate project in Lipperheidestrasse (Munich) on the market with all relevant stakeholders. Our agency was also successfully active in strategic communications consulting for the forestry industry.
Solution
We provide information about the WAF and its activities in press conferences, interviews, background discussions and press releases. The active communication work leads to a maximum of communication control. Discretion is a matter of course for us. Thanks to our knowledge of media and journalistic mechanisms and personal rights, Scrivo Communications has been able to draw media attention to the WAF's desired services.
