Friends - a project of LBBW and Bauwerk Capital
The FRIENDS residential project with around 260 residential units was realized by LBBW Immobilien Capital GmbH and Bauwerk Capital until 2016. The two striking Friends Towers on Munich's Hirschgarten are considered a prestigious architectural project for the city.

Scrivo Communications developed a brand essence for the project that revolved around the hype topic of the sharing economy at the time. This was an absolute novelty in the real estate market, which at the time revolved primarily around rent increases, housing shortages and gentrification.
The brand essence was the focus of the public relations work, which we were allowed to design until all the residential units were sold. With the branding, the project development really took shape: with shared roof terraces and kitchens, new neighbors were to become friends. As the idea of sharing was still completely new, both in the real estate sector and in the high-price segment, the topic caused a stir far beyond the city limits.
